Robinson Lab engages in development of automated computational genomics (and -omics) workflows. We work to incorporate and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning methodologies in addressing the goals of computational genomics. The lab seeks to investigate diverse research questions with potential for high generalizeable impacts.
